Taste
Bright at the front, honeyed in the middle, a soft resinous finish typical of tree-ripened Nam Dok Mai. Chew is soft and clean — never waxy.
Sourcing
Bought direct from partner orchards during the March–June harvest and pulped within 24 hours of picking. Every carton is traceable to its farm lot.
